Main goals: To identify the main channels and mechanisms of territorial rooting of regional dynamics, in order to maximize the processes of locating companies and to minimize the disadvantages of relocation.In particular, it aims to study the Softinsa-IBM location process in IPT, in cooperation with the various local and regional actors (local government, IPT, business and industry associations, local development agencies, inter-community and community).
